Has anyone encountered a problem where bandmin stopped reporting bandwidth usage?

I opened a ticket at cpanel.net but they appear to be stumped. They ran fixquotas and cleanbw. They said everyhting else appears to be fine and it should work. When they tried to start it manually it ran for about 5 minutes and stopped reporting bandwidth usage. I asked them if it was a CRON job missing, but they said they had checked.

Bandmin is v.1.6
Using cPanel 7.4.2 S117

Any more suggestions?

Support just got back to me. They found the problem. The entry:

*/5 * * * * root /etc/init.d/apf stop >> /dev/null 2>&1

was removed from /etc/crontab and now all is well.

lol.. so much for them 'checking' cron when you asked =)
