Does any dedicated server host come with "tracking email" software or is there any software out there which I can install on a server.

Many of my clients come back to me saying they did'nt receive the email. I know they did, but they dont manage it right?

well! it also could be that there was something wrong with my server.

Overall --- I want to trace all emails going out of my server. I want to see if they all reach their destination.

let me know if u folks have any advise.

The mail logs will show if the remote mail server actually accepted the message. This is not proof of delivery though, since the message may be filtered internally and never bounced back (a violation of RFCs, but people do it).
