I'm looking at registering a .ws domain soon.. so if you could please list a few of the cheapest and best registrars which deal with .ws I would be greatly appreciated.

I could be wrong on this, but I think only one nic provides registration of .ws domains (website.ws), and everyone else who offers .ws domains is just reselling from them. Therefore, I would expect website.ws to offer the best deal, since everyone else is marking up.

You are partually right.
But, as I can find. there are 2....
one is WebSite.ws
the other in Network Solutions...
They both charge the same, but NS lets you register for 1 year at a time. but website forces you to sign up for 2 years.
