Let us say, as an example (not my real IPs), I have the name servers for my master accoun set as:

Nameserver 1: ns1.mydomain.com --> 60.190.90.200
Nameserver 2: ns1.mydomain.com --> 60.190.90.201

Now, for resellers who do not want dedicated IPSs for name servers, I wish to allot the same non-dedicated IP

Nameserver 1: ns1.resellerdomain.com --> 60.190.90.200
Nameserver 1: ns2.resellerdomain.com --> 60.190.90.201

Then, they modify their entry at their registrar by creating child domains & I specify the folowing when I make their reseller account in whm:

Nameserver 1: ns1.resellerdomain.com
Nameserver 1: ns2.resellerdomain.com

Do I need to additionally create a C-name or A-record on through my WHM for these name servers?

What exactly is the action needed on my part?

You would need to create an A-record and have the user register the entries with his registar.
