IP to ping?

Who's servers are these (that you are reselling). I've noticed that there is another deal nearly identical to yours. I don't mind getting stuff from a reseller, but I like to find out all the info I can about the main provider to see how they are.

Looks like TranXactGlobal to me, just FYI. I have a server there, it has been pretty good so far. Good ping times, good bandwidth speeds. Remote reboot is nice too.

They're from DV2 (Tranxactglobal) indeed. Though, our offers are not identical to any others, most servers are cheaper.

Does the bandwidth have to be split in/out? Or can it simply be the plan allocation to use as needed?

Also how much to upgrade RAM from 512 to 1GB??

Is legal adult content allowed?

Apoc

Legal adult content is no problem at all.
All bandwidth is being split equally asin 2000GB total will be split into 1000gb in and 1000gb out (normal procedure). However, we won't moan if it's a little different :) Ofcourse, you don't HAVE TO use up an equal amount of bandwidth, you can use what you need, but up to 1000gb in, and 1000gb out (with a 2TB plan).

Upgrading ram depends on the kind of RAM. For our Xeon servers, we only use ECC RAM. For all other servers we use DDR RAM.

512MB ECC RAM is $185 one-time, no monthly charges
512MB DDR RAM is $119 one-time, no monthly charges

Best regards,

True 1TB bandwidth?

I did never see it here before? 1TB Up and 1TB Downstream is 2TB bandwidth.

Sorry, seems stranger...

What's your question exactly? The xeon servers do indeed include 1TB up and 1TB downstream, this is a normal procedure..

You keep claiming the 50/50 restriction on the bandwidth is a "normal procedure" yet is rarely offered or required in offers from hosts. Thats not to say I have not heard of it however it is not the prevailing method in this nor any other forum I subscribe to for bandwidth allocation. I wish it were simply "x" amount of bandwidth per month for me/my customers to use any way we choose. That single issue is what causes me pause.

Infact it doesn't even matter whether or not it's "normal". If you don't like it, then leave it.

However, many providers have the very same procedure, they just don't explicitly tell their customers that there's this restriction. Feel free to ask for instance: Nocster, thePlanet and NAC about their policies, theirs are the same.

And also as I said before, we don't moan about a little difference, if you exceed 1000GB outgoing and have a lot of spare incomming trafic, then that shouldn't be any problem.
