If anyone likes the look of the Special 1 (http://smarthosting.com/?specials) package you can buy it at a discount price of $224.52 for a year by buying a years hosting at the same time as a "buddy" - that would be me :)

You can read how it works at here (http://smarthosting.com/?buddy) and see how we would save $74 by signing up at the same time.

In English money thats a 30Gb 400Mb package for £155, or $224.

Please mail me if you are interested thanks.

It's hard to understand why someone would post in a forum without reading the rules first

Read it again - I am not advertising a service - just looking for someone who is looking for a similar package. If its the wrong forum I apologise. I have read the rules and cannot see what the problem is - which rule have I broken?

We enforce a very strict policy regarding solicitation of our membership by Forum participants except in those Forum sections where advertising is expressly permitted Participants may not use the Forum for commercial gainBut hey, let it stay. Maybe I'm more strict than a mod would be. We're just trying to help. Doesn't mean you have to listen to us. Doesn't mean we're right.

"commercial", that rule does not apply to me as a "customer", now if I worked for smarthosting - oh yeh, moderate my ass outta here.

But I don't.

Actually, he is looking for someone to signup with him, so they can both take advantage of a special since you get a special when two persons signup together. Commerical? yes and no. I mean, he would saves money from having someone signup with him but at the same time, it's not his offer, he want to take advantage of it. Ahh! can see it from the two ways :D
