Is there any way to have a form be sent to a fax number without having your server connected to a modem? Is there another host out there that offers this type of service to other hosts/clients?

We have a restaurant client that wants to begin taking orders by fax through their website.

I found this fax service (http://www.forthnet.gr/en/support/send-fax.html). I don't know if it works. I haven't tested it nor explored their website. You may want to take a look.

Try to do the Google (http://www.google.com/) search with search phrase like "send fax through form". You might get something.
