Anybody else having problems with Interliant?

one of my sites(since1999) has been down since JULY1, 2001.
tech. (Ken,Drew,Josh,Keith,Martin) say they are still working on this problem.....

I've gotten this same email over 6 times.... still no fix...

but the bill seems to always be on time....

ok... called tech support by phone......
trying to get some status on my downed site...

Big giant company = lack of personal service

It happens. You should just cancel your account and move on. I'm supprised you let it go on for so long.

I suggest not paying the bill and cancel your account. Why reward poor service with continued patronage? It's like going into a bar and ording a beer, paying for it, tiping the bartender and leaving without the beer. Why would you do that?

Yes. It's difficult to understand why you would stay with a company that has allowed your site to be down for six or seven weeks.

I would agree, that staying with a company for that long, is just odd.

Big companies do forget about some of the little people

I have a friend who works at Interliant. She says they are downsizing and planning to keep on downsizing for quite a bit. I would go with another hosting company, personally.
