I have short-listed my search for a new host to the following (not in order of preference):

mediopia.biz
tokios.com
prowinhost.com
interactive-hosting
featurehost

Appreciate any comments on any or all of the above. Feel free to recommend any others just as comparable if not, better.

I would recommend to you the following host I have worked with them and chat with the owners regularly both seem to be great and have there heads on straight. Good luck on your quest for a new host :)

we once had our support site on a tokios server, and I must say I was pleasantly pleased.

I never had to contact their support department, only billing, when I cancelled the account.

Curious to know why then do you cancel your account and who is your host now - are they better than tokios?

well i don't really have a host, as i am one ;)

we used tokios as a holding place for a support site, while we got something more permanent setup.

You know, the added benefit of having a support site away from the main hosting servers, incase they go down etc.
