Hello!

I do have a reseller account(WHH, Cpanel). For one of my own pages I created a package with the bandlimith 1 MB, just to test that the page is suspened when all bandwidth is used(So that a spammer will be closed down if he /she sends alot of mails). It was suspended, great.

The page says this:

"Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later. "

So, now I am trying to get the page to work again.

First I upgraded the page to another package with 500 MB (the normal package), and after that I "unsuspended" the page.

In the listing it says it has 500 MB now, which is correct.

But it is still listed under: "suspened pages" and when looking at the page it still says the page is closed.

Help please....

Click on 'Unsuspend Bandwidth Exceeders', if you are a reseller, you may need to contact your webhost.

Also, the page you're viewing may be cached. Have you tried deleting Temporary Internet Files?

Hello!

It is solved now, I had "Suspend/Unsuspend an Account"...which I used before.....seems like there had to be some time between the page did work again. (or it was cached)

Thanks for the help mesopia(Jay) and SoftWareRevue. :)

Hello!

Same trouble again with another site, and it's not cached since I have checked with another person.

Probably it will be working again in an hour or so(I have waited one hour now), but why is it not instant?

As I am on a reseller account, is it possible that my host makes anything manually after I have unsuspended an account?

Thanks,
