My server's been down since 6AM this morning with no explaination except a wire pulled out of the router... whatever that means -

No problem at all here. Are you getting your server from VDI directly or from a company who colocate your server there?

From a company that collocates my server there - none of his other servers are down and he IS doing everything he can to get it fixed but the wait is agonizing and the phone has been ringing off the hook all day -
