I am in the market for a halfway decent speakphone as the setup I have now is a cordles which is impossible to hold up on my shoulder and the speakerphone on it sucks.

What I need is pretty basic, something with hold, caller id and most important is a clear speakerphone which someone on the other line can actually understand what you are saying.

I am looking to spend <$100 if I can but if its a nice one that I can add additional phones to I would be willing to pay more.

I figure alot of you out there deal in customer service so you might have some suggestions.

You can try a local Radio Shack in your area. They have a wide range of speaker phones going from $40 up to the price of a good server! Here's a link to their site with some phones. Our agency gotten a few phones there and had no problems.
