Well I can tell you that they do monitor your server there and if Apache fails they will restart it for you. I'm not so sure they would provide support for your clients though. They are there to support you and your server, not to render support for your clients. That would be your job...;)

If you notice a problem and call ServInt, they are very quick to respond and very helpful. In addition to restarting services or rebooting they will attempt to diagnose what caused the outage.

As far as monitoring goes, they do monitor the servers, but how quickly they respond can vary greatly. We had a server out for 40 minutes once before ServInt noticed and rebooted it. At other times they caught it quicker.

Hi, i had a RAM stick problems with my server a few months ago. The server loads increasead a lot and make the server crash constantly. The inmediately checked the server and found out the RAM sticks were corrupted. They phisically move the server to another place so they can monitore it closely until the problem was solved, they replaced the bad RAM with new one and placed the server back again to its place.

That happened just in a couple of days with just a little downtime.

Ohter time the loads increased really quick with no aparent reason, i contacted and they diagnose that Tomcat was the reason of those loads and disabled it, everything worked fine after that.

I havent had email problems yet, but im sure that if i encounter those kind of problems they will help me to trace and correct it.

Hope this helped you.
Regards!
