Hello,

I'm looking for a free and simple perl cgi script that does the following:

1. Admin creates usernames and passwords.
2. Customer is notified when the account is created.
2. Customers log-in and can view personal account information (I will create these files and upload them when account is created).

I'm not looking for a membership script that allows members to log-in and view the same content. I need the user to be directed to their own account information or html files once I activate their account.
