my registrar just set up the name servers for my account, but now the web site has gone down, is this normal? or is my site down for another reason?
i know it has to propagate, but would cause the site to go down?
(my site is in my sig)
any help/advice would be appreciated

Hi there,
Yes, you might face some downtimes during the propagation of your domain name. This will be solved as soon as your domain is propagated (24-72 hours)
Thanks.
the domain was set up before, working n all, but then i set up the name servers for reselling, and it went down

Here is my guess...
Instead of setting up "child" nameservers, you may have replaced your actual DNS settings for that domain. Go back and check. Don't use the new nameservers for THAT domains dns setting. The new "child" nameservers will not be functional for a few days. After that, you can change the DNS for that domain over to it.
To recap. The IP's for
YourDomain.com xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
and
NS?.yourdomain.com ???.???.???.???
NS2?.yourdomain.com ???.???.???.???
Should be differnent. Ask your host for help!

Just checked.
Name Server: NS5.CITADELHOST.COM
Name Server: NS6.CITADELHOST.COM
This should be your proper settings if your hosted at citadelhost.com. If you changed these settings, change them back. If you didn't you need to contact Citadelhost and ask them whats wrong.
Hello,
I've checked your zone records and it looks like you added an additional A entry which is causing your site to resolve to an IP address which is not owned by us. You know how to contact me.
