webalizer can actually check on the bandwidth for each domain? Is there a main admin control panel of webalizer that allow me see the overview of all the site bandwidth status?

No, but there is an addon. It is at the sourceforge site, though I'm really running late and if you can't find it there, I'll dig up the URL later when I get back from work...
