can anyone recommend any company who offers managed dedicated servers, besides rackspace(their kinda costly) who have good reputation and customer support

You better make sure you know what your getting into. Be sure you know WHO exactly is "Managing" your server. Not just a managment package from a data center that has hired some snot nose on nights and weekends that is more interested in reading Cliff Notes for a report due in the morning than helping you out. You may soon find your IP's reassigned to a gay porno site.

Find a company that manages servers not one that manages server farms.
