One of my client transfered his site to our server from HostPso
His domain was registered by NetSol. Technical contact is HostPro.net(com) and they have to confirm changes. But they don't.

All requests, emails (3 from our company and some from the client) to HostPro service department to change DNS records were sent to TRASH, i think.

Have you ever had such problems? What can I do to speed up the process?
