I have a Cobalt RaQ4i from RackShack and every day for the past 4 days it has been locking up. Websites say "Website found. Waiting for reply..." But it never connects to them and I have to have my server manually rebooted. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this or how I could find out what is?

Check to see the logs of your Raq, there may be a probability that it is hit by external abuses. I had one of my Raq hit by this and finally decided to scrape that server because of the problem I faced.

do a "netstat -a" to check open connections

Well, I checked the log file and it said something about "Error in /usr/cgiwrap/cgiwrap, Oops! Not enough memory!", and I talked to a tech about it and they said Perl scripts are not closing out (some of them) so it doesnt free up the memory on the server. However, it does not say which sites (in the log file) are causing the errors.
