Hello again, everyone!

I'm back to say ForumSupport has now reached over 200 members, making nearly 4,000 posts! We're not in this for the statistics, however, so we're sad to announce the community's activity is slowly fading. We need you back!

And what better way to get you back then with a contest?

We've tried contests in the past for "Post the most! Win a prize!" This works for a week or so, but then we're back to where we are now. So instead of paying for the community, we want to award a member of the community. The member who helps us out the most. Tells their friends, posts useful information, and most importantly is interested in web hosting! If you fall into these categories, we want you!

ForumSupport is looking for a good amount of people to post things like tutorials, and post any questions you may have! All we're looking for are people who either a) need assistance, or b) can provide assistance. Each is eligible for the contest.

Think you can do it, but are asking yourself... "What's the point in providing assistance when there's nothing in return? My time is valuable!" Well, the prize may give you a reason.

And if you're thinking "Why ask a question at a dead community? I can't wait a week to find the answer!" Same deal, our prize will push you in the right direction.

You see, if everyone comes to a community and leaves it when they see no activity, it's pretty obvious it won't last. We want you to stick around. If you do, that's when you'll be awarded with a...

vBulletin One Year Leased License!

We don't want to "buy" our community, but hopefully this will help get the word out.

So join now! (http://www.forumsupport.com/register.php) Posting a little bit may win you a vBulletin license!

About ForumSupport
ForumSupport, launched July 2003, is the new wave of web hosting support. By providing support to web hosting customers from one of the five largest control panel software applications, there's always a user to lend a helping hand. Some people suffer because their web host can't find the time, nor staff to be available 24/7, so we created ForumSupport to be the first choice for quick support.

Credits
A big thanks goes to Jelsoft, creator of the vBulletin forum software for their sponsorship of this contest. You know you're working with a quality company when they go out of their way to support the community based around supporting others. You can directly purchase a license from Jelsoft at vBulletin.com.

So is this contest based on the forum member who provides the best content to the board? i.e. quality, instead of quantity?

If so, I'd definately be on board....I tried your last contest, but I am not really into posting meaningless garbage to up my post count. However it seemed everyone around me was. It was very frustrating and that's why I stopped visiting.

Yeah, we agree totally.

So come back! Just spend more time in the Control Panel forums this time, as opposed to the Off-Topic Lounge :)

I think you need to improve the categories .. i use cpanel, if i need help i'll goto cpanel website and almost everthing there .. if i need help for commandmatrix .. i'll goto commandmatrix forum and so on

so i do not see there is a need to visit another site .. but some times me (and more hosts) need help in finding a user abuse the server, find a hacker, spammer or fix the OS and so on ..

for example one of my windows server hacked, ofcourse nothing to help me in microsoft.com, in that case i need an advice from an expert or another host met in the forum

If you want a moderator for the Plesk section, I think I am qualified with 22 servers. :)

There isn't much (well anything) that I don't know about it...

Hey TheComputerGuy, the contest has no end date, really. If after a week, there's been a lot of helpful posts, it could end then. If 2 people show up over a week's time, it might end at the end of the month. Also, did you get your email yet?

And NexDog, you are certainly qualified ;) I'll send you a PM in a minute.
