We are using eSupport and LiveResponse.

We've had it setup for about a week and we couldn't be happier with the service or the software.

The features are amazing and the quality overall is even better!

The intergration w/ Modernbill is flawless ...

I just wanted to recommend a great company and software.

I was really think of getting eSupport and LiveResponse after I seen it on MB site as their support desk. Is there anyone else that would totaly recommend it as support program.

I use their Live help program and everything is great. My only support question was answered and corrected in less than an hour.

eSupport is REAL nice :)

ESupport + ModernBill = Relaxing on the beach while your company runs itself ;)

Seriously though, it's every bit as important as ModernBill for the job it performs. We were using a substandard program (when viewed comparatively) prior to switching to ESupport.

I'd estimate tickets and general support has fallen by 40% or so in the month that we've been using it.

All I need now is a bot that reminds people of their cPanel passwords if they forget and I'm a happy camper :)

Just wanted to let you know that InstaSearch is now being extended to the Post Reply page in v2.1.4 allowing a staff member to select a possible answer from knowledgebase when replying (just like you would select a predefined reply) making the overall response time faster for staff members (no need to type as the suggestions are very accurate) :D

I'm going to get an owned license. I have always been totally against leasing/renting. To me, it's always been like throwing money away.

I was going to get the $14 monthly lease...since it's cheap and I'd only need it for a month or two before I buy the owned...but 50 Knowledgebase topics isn't enough for me, so I'm just going to wait :D

We got the Unlimited Combo for 34.95/mo. It's a great deal if you price other support apps. PHPLive is 19.95 by itself ... so 34.95 for eSupport and LiveResponse is a great price ... plus you get to host it on your servers and you get free upgrades/support for life and a reduced rate if you purchase it .... not too shabby.
