I've been designing static Web pages and graphics. Since my design group caters to only local business this has never been a problem, but I'm thinking about branching out.

Most of my competition knows how to design various forms of graphics like flash, shockwave or with dynamic pages like ASP. I don't have a clue, but I need to learn. Can anybody help me out? What should be my first step? I know how to use Photoshop, Frontpage, Coreldraw, etc, but I know little of the other things I stated above.
