Hello,

Clients on my server have been complaining that they cannot get email with certain attachments. Emails coming with .eml attachments are being screened out. I have included a copy of the email I get when I sent an email to their account as a test.

I disabled spamassassin and spamd as well in cpanel but to no avail. Restarted Exim server too.


Please advise asap. Thank you!

And there was no virus in case any of you are wondering...

Look at /etc/antivirus.exim - by default, cPanel servers will use this, and it contains the extensions of items to return to sender when found as attachments or in the body of messages. Automated nightly updates will overwrite changes to this file, so if you make changes you should be prepared to make other adjustments to your update process if you rely on automatic updates.
