 | View Full Version : DedicatedNow response time? twrs 09-15-2003, 12:43 PM My server at DedicatedNow's down suddenly about 30 mins ago and I quickly submitted a support ticket #246869 to request a check/reboot. Your server has only been down for 30 minutes, this dosen't justify you starting a thread about it here in the hopes that someone from DN will see it and reboot your server. Post smarter. I did a quick ping / ssh to your box, and it was accepting connections, but there were a few reboots going on over the last 30 minutes, and the guys have been working back and forth with the walkie talkies getting the servers back up. Also, please be careful with looking for me via WHT, as I'm not always watching, but I just finished my lunch and clicked on it to see what was going on today. Calling us if there's any type of delays for a reboot is always best, but not always possible for foreign clients. In any event, I'll have one of the admins get to your ticket shortly for an update, but for now, I was able to connect in w/out problems, so it's most likely a ticket update issue.
