2. Is it true paypal can lock your account if you take your money out before 30 days?
3. Can you check your clients before they give you money from paypal? (make sure there not fake clients)
4. Paypal charges a % fee do they take it out right after the transaction or do they charge you at the end of the month?

1. Yes, it's VERY easy for your customers to get their money back.
2. I've never heard this. They are known to lock accounts but it's usually because you weren't old enough to open an account in the first place or because your information isn't correct.
3. You can check to see if their address is confirmed through PayPal.
4. They take their fees at the time of the transaction.
Just a side note: I've been using PayPal for years and never have had any problems. They aren't the best option in the world though (just the easiest).

tell me if i'm wrong
1- I've heard people said Paypal won't do chargeback if it's involved in hosting services or something that CAN'T be shipped.
2- yes you can withdraw your money within 30 days, but you have to have some money in your paypal (in case of chargebacks)
3- I agree with Nathan Allen
4- If you have a personal acct, they won't charge any fee ...but if you use paypal for your business, then yes

1. Yup. If it is a service, no refund.
2. NO. you can get all of your money out. However, if you are not a verify member, they limit how much money you can get out in a month. (forgot the figure)
3. Why? they can't fake it. They have to log in paypal and sent it to you.
4. Fee take right out at the transaction.
Hope that help.

One of the most important things.. Make sure their verified.. that helps alot
I been doing business with paypal and my merchant for over 6 years and from my experience I can give you some paypal feedback. The business I'm in has several chargebacks before we implemented some sort or verification steps. Now to answer the questions about paypal ahhhh here we go. :)
1. Do paypal do easy chargebacks?
Paypal will email you and tell you, your goods are not tangable and argue that your goods/services where not given and will always take the customer that is paying side unless you have solid proff and I have found no way possible to do this. I have went to the extent of order form printout, showing there domain registered with their information, showing there hosting on my nameserver's and you could only amagine what their going to say.
2. Is it true paypal can lock your account if you take your money out before 30 days?
If paypal thinks your account is the bit fraudulent or suspicious your locked out, and they force you to fax all kind of paper work to them, and this is just slowing you down casue your account will never be unlocked. So dont count on it.
3. Can you check your clients before they give you money from paypal? (make sure there not fake clients)
Paypal's seller policy states you must receive payments from a verified and confirmed account to be protected, but then again this is a bunch of BS. If there accounts are hijacked/stolen it dont matter if there verified and confirmed your going to loose the money at any rate.
I would make sure accounts are verified/confirmed and I would also make sure the email on paypal is similar to the ordering email or force the customer to use that email, this will scare the person away if the paypal account is hijacked or stolen. CAsue they have no access to the email unless the paypal password might of been the same for the email, in most cases it seems to be.
4. Paypal charges a % fee do they take it out right after the transaction or do they charge you at the end of the month?
paypal will take the fee once payment is sent something like 5% or close to it.
I would use paypal for small transactions and be very carefull, might want to call verifiy orders using paypal if thats not too much for you.
good luck and check out some paypal sites like paypalwarning and paypalsucks get some more insight :)

What have you done to make sure they are verifyed, and have they stoped a scammer, spammer, or what ever before? Do you check to see if they are verifyed after the money goes through or is there steps?
I tell them I will not accept any account not verified and confirmed, if they send me money from an account with neither or one of those not done. Ill refund the money, and ask for another payment method. I usally keep it minimal to US verified/confirmed accounts casue some foreign paypal accounts and countrys wil not allow your account to become comfirmed.

Open https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal= in a browser window to see if they are verified.
I would check to see if they are verified [i]before doing business with them, as it doesn't seem to have any point after you already have given them service and taken their money.

I would not start setting up there service unless paid for and you have already seen ther account is verified and confirmed.
Verified= their bank has been verified
Confirmed= their credit card address matches billing address
No sense in setting up there service untill payment has been received.
