Quote from website:
>What do my customers see on their credit card statement?
>Ans. Your customers see a charge from "Kagi" on their credit card statement.

Does Kagi allow you resell merchant services?

Clever qustion Matt, however Its not Kagi's service Im selling. You required to get a Kagi account because payments must be remmited to your Kagi account. What im selling you is access to my payment gateway. The payment transfers etc are arranged by me and kagi.

I find it most unprofessional that you should be trying to promote your business with a slogan like
"The ultimate thirdparty CC processor! Forget InstaBill or ReveCom. "

what if i started a credit card processing company and in my slogan wrote
"Forget instabill and acenet-enterprises.net and all credit card companies operating from Pakistan"

How professional would that slogan look to you?
Hope I havent overstepped the mark and get booted from this message boards with my very first post.

Thats not my slogan! Lets leave it at that.

I do apologise for part of my comment. I am sure there are many very talented and professional web designers and web hosting companies from Pakistan that I would not hesitate in dealing with.

The reason I mentioned Pakistan, is that Instabill which recently ceased trading was from Pakistan, as is your company, it appears.
I was just noting the similarity. I have the utmost respect for people of all races and nationalities.

Once again, I do apologise if anyone other than the person to whom this message was addressed has been offended.

However, your undignified response is further proof of your unprofessional manner in my opinion.

"Dont know jack about professional" Perhaps that is so, but I do realise that complaints are a part of any business, and resorting to an all out attack on someone who makes a criticism of your service, is not very conducive to attracting new customers.

With regards to that. IF you hadnt attacked Pakistani people with your own undignified and useless comment you would'nt have receieved a rude response anyway.

Just because instabill ceased to exist doesnt mean that my firm will. I respect all sorts of criticism but you attacked my signature which has no relation to my website. In other words, your post had NO meaning you were just posting for the sake of posting. I'm sure many Pakistani users of this forum are very offended by your remark you owe all of them an apology.

Exactly WHAT relation does my signature have with Pakistan ?? how'd you find such a connection?

Your signature is 'attacking' other companies 'forget instabill or revecom', why should people forget them? what does your company have that they don't?

Asher S

if you review my services you'll discover what features it has which are better than revecom. Theres no point in mentioning instabill because its dead. As far as your signature is concerned

"Inexpensive, Reliable and Quality Webhosting" how do we know that YOUR service is inexpensive and the rest of the things mentioned? So what do you say in your defence? Nothing because your signature is NO different than mine.

And now i can see why you are defending revecom its because you're using it on your website.

<<<EDIT>>>
It appears that I was so slow in typing that what I posted would no longer be relevant.
But, it's so much slower to have to resort to a paper dictionary:rolleyes:

Since I am meant to be "ten years old" and "dont know jack about professional", nice to see that you changed your signature, in line with my recommendation.

I checked your new signature, and you may wish to check a couple of things

Look no futher! You've found the ultimate thirdparty credit card processor!

futher should be spelled further

and I may be wrong, but I think thirdparty looks better as two separate words "third party".

 :eek2: Can't we all just get along? :bawling:

Asher S

Many people spell thirdparty as one. So lets just leave that. And the futher was just a typo. Thanks for pointing it out. btw. sorry if i offended you :)

Now that we have our typos fixed, sigs amended and apologies handed around, are we all better now?

forumaddict
08-20-2001, 04:20 AM
no offence taken
I could have worded some of my comments more tactfully

as to the typos, perfectly understandable, I make them myself, all the time.

like Abhishek (talash) says, time to "live in peace"
this should be a community atmosphere where we can all learn from one another.

With regards to the third party, I am not saying you are wrong, just thought I should mention one other common way that I have seen this word spelled "third-party"

some examples
microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/en/service_provider/SPdefault.asp)
netscape (http://home.netscape.com/servers/thirdparty/)
