I just move a domain.gr to my new raq...
From Greece I can access and trace the domain.gr...

but the qwkmon.com can’t trace it... about 7 hours now...

any help ?

If you just move the server to a new server, make sure that the DNS set up on the Raq to point to that new IP address and also you update the Domain registry with the changes.

It usually take about 12 to 48 hours to populate the numerous registry around the world.

Try using http://www.tracert.com 's tracert service to see if the various sites across the world can see it. If some does and some doesn't, there is nothing much you could do except to wait a while. It should populate.

I wouldn't get too concerned mate...qwkmon has been having problems all day today. Reporting plenty of different sites that are clearly up and running.

This is probably more a rhetorical question... but why is it that every time someone reports a problem with QWK.Mon here, there are no messages in the support mailbox?

QWK.Mon is a much better product because of user feedback, but problems can't be fixed if they aren't reported.

Yours is a good product. When it occasionally 'appears' to miss the mark, we don't get too concerned. We're not to know what potential problems there are between you and any one of our servers.

A quick check to ensure everything's okay. Then qwkmon usually slips away.

If you *want* an email evertime I'd be happy to oblige, but more often than not I'm sure you'd be scratching your head wondering that darn Aussie is on about anyway. ;-)
