Sorry about the last message, I am new and I didn't know that
Anyway if I can't have them what would you reccomend
I need:-
High number of subdomains 100+
High amount of webspace 2gb+
Fairly high amount of bandwidth
MySql 100+ databases
CGI
PHP
EMail accounts 50+
High amount of FTP accounts
Server uptime of 99.9% or better
I may need other things but off the top of my head I cannot think of them
It needs to be relatively cheap £30 or $45 is pretty much my maximum although I can stretch to $55 and £40 if they are really good.
I found one which you guys hated and another I found was www.espinda.com , I know these things really aren't unlimited

Are you talking about $55 a month or $55 a year?

Ah, sorry.. I know of no one that is going to give that kind of space and the transfer limits for $4.58 a month that I could actually say is a reliable and credible host.
A word of warning though. You're asking a *lot* from a provider for the kind of resources you are needing for what you are willing to pay. My one recommendation to you is that if you go with a plan, do *not* pay yearly for the price range you are looking for. You will end up regretting it (as much as a "unlimited" host).
Let's put it this way. If it were possible to offer unlimited space and transfer for $55 a year, why would I need to pay thousands per year to keep my business running when I could get their plan for less than $5 a month?
Simple answer. They're lying to you to get your business.

Ignore my requirements
Tell me some reccomended hosts in my price range
And we can see which ones I like
They are my optimum specifications, I can change them
Show me some good hosts and I will see

Not nearly the amount of space that you're asking for, but http://crediblehost.com/shosting.htm has some good plans you might want to look into. Possibly the CPANEL1 plan from http://www.affordablehost.com/cpanel.shtml as well.
A starter package from http://hostnexus.com/solutions/starter.htm would be another in your price range and http://www.eryxma.com/services.shared.php is another.

I am planning to start up an online business you see
I want it to have room for expansion
I do want to be able to upgrade to a proper server but I am not sure when my income will be able to meet it. That is why I want something like that. My money will mostly come in from affiliate programs you see and I don't want to put to much in initially.
I am aiming to be sort of a Tiscali (don't know if you've heard of them in America) www.tiscali.co.uk and offer a wide range
I will have a web design area, a news area, I will host my current site, games site etc. When I get in enough money I am planning to start up a reseller account and also move to a dedicated server. I have got pretty much everything sussed except the web host. I have been looking for 2 months but have never been sure. Then I was reccomended to this forum by somebody at www.webmaster-forum.net and I am hoping that I will find my solution here.

Well if your in England, you should probably go for a host from there but I think you could use the CH300 plan, or even the CH500, from crediblehost, as they're worth it (great service, could tech support)

If you are starting a business go with a higher priced host that starts off with small amount of bandwidth/space and has a clear path of upgrades. Bandwidth goes a lot farther than people think and once your site is actually using a lot of traffic you will be making money...so you won't have a problem with paying for quality hosting :D
