Hello Every One ,
Here it is my first Review about Theserverden.com,
I have used for couple Days theserverDen.com's fully managed service ,I'm more than happy with the level of the service and professional support that they provide with.

For exemple I have asked them to Install for me an Firewall ,within few hours only ,Firewall got installed on my server with fully Configuration and Security test.

They even asked me if i like to perform a Kernel Upgrade!

As well i have asked them to perform for me an B/w limit and they doing it right now :)

They also monitor the servers 24/7 and know within minutes if their's a problem ,And thats brought us into situation when no more DownTimes Appears ,Its just amazing how good they are!

Quote from there Site:
Management services include:
Installing Firewall
SSH lockdown
Update Kernel
Support for all Cpanel Issues
Keeping server up and running, we contact server NOC for a reboot if the server goes down.
Fully Managed Service.

So if here some one like me that orderd an Dedicated Server and has no Idea in linux or just has no time to manage the servers ,Theserverden.com is the perfect Solution for you :)

PS:Part2 of this review will come soon :)

Another one-post wonder with a great review of a company! Oh boy!

pchoboy, what website do you have hosted with TheServerDen.com?

The only problem I see with this site is, its not really a buisness. It seems to be more of a "Private Hosting Company" because it doesn't provide extensive contact info, or any reasonable prices for the hardware.

They also don't give a general idea of server features.. which gives me the idea, that they don't know. Also, why are they charging more for a Windows server, then Linux?

They NOT hosters ,they DONT provide servers ,they DO provide Fully Managed Support Service for your servers.

They are affiliated with a Hosting company pchoboy and the owner posts here regularly.

Glad to hear things are working out, how about a follow up in about 3-6 months?

Oh, I see. :) I would pay them if I really needed the help, but management is quite easy.

Management isn't that easy, otherwise people wouldn't need us??

I agree, it isn't EXTREMELY easy.. Time to time, I'm a bit stumped. But, for someone with CPanel and basic knowledge of Linux, I'm fine.

Sorry to say bud cpanel and basic linux knowledge does not secure your box up, install firewalls and keep you monitored 24/7. Always a great idea to have a admin cus one slip of a script and box is poopy.

Good point. I'll be transferring my server to a managed solution soon anyway. :)

Sometimes it's not even that you don't know HOW to manage a server, it is that you don't have the time. I personally would rather spend my time keeping my customers happy, and getting new customers - rather than worrying about what version of PHP the servers are running or whether it is time to upgrade cPanel.

I do most of my server management as it is, however, I am in search of a solution that is right.

Just my 2 cents...take it as you will!

Do not compliment them so much. Otherwise they would be overwhelmed by new signups and you know the rest ;)

I think successful company should be smart enough to stop new orders before getting saturated.

Anyhow, they are really good in what they are doing.

Thank you for the review, if I had a RackShack server I'd definitely sign up for their services.

Please do post a follow up review in a few months to keep us updated.

We did stop new orders at one stage, for about 2 weeks or so, and most likly will do so again in a week or so.

I recently purchased Server Management from TheServerDen and I couldn’t be more happier. They are helpful, courteous and wonderful to work with.

I would also post a detailed review in a couple of months.

Keep up the good work!

If you pay them to manage your server and it gets cracked, do you get a refund? I'm partially kidding, but also partially serious... I guess what I want to know is what stake they have in your server once you pay them to manage it. Does it matter as much to them as it does to you?

Sure it matters, happy customers = more happy customers.

We can't answer this question on WHT because we'll get the mods offside for advertising in a non-advertising forum.
Try and contact us another way ;)

Never used either, but you are just asking for people who do provide the service:

www.bobcares.com
www.touchsupport.com

I'm search you could come up with many more if you did a search, or if you made a request in the advertising forums "specifically" for managament companies.

Good luck!
