Yes, the servers and bandwidth are provided by rackshack.net. They are a very reliable hosting company, and because of the volume we bought in, we are able to provide these low prices ;-).

Currently our support is via e-mail. As you can see though, just from on these forums, response time to e-mails is usually very quick. We will soon be adding a forum and live chat, and hopefully by next month a 1800 number.

We just started providing services yesterday ;-)....

And yes, hosting is currently the only services offered, anything other requests should be directed to sales@cobaltconnection.com

Actually, you need to supply more info about what each account comes with. Like, along with what I mentioned above, do you offer subdomains, domain pointers, domain parking, email alias or forwarders, smtp? What does each user account get? How much for extra bandwidth costs? etc...

I also have to comment on the set up of your site. The main page and 'Order' page are pratically the same. The 'Service' page seems a little useless (not much there). Maybe you should hire a webdesigner... heck I'd do it for a free account :P

We currently offer no 30-day trial period, but we may be working on a gaurantee so if your not satisfied with our service, then you can get a refund. Yes shell access is apart of every account.

We do not offer subdomains, domain porinters, or domain parking. We do allow unlimited email alias and the email fowarders are equal to your account limit. And yes, smtp is alo provided...As for what each user account gets, its the same for all of them...I've listed it above except for email aliases, forwards, and smtp is installed

I know the page needs some work, I just wanted to let everyone know that I was offering service, and for the most part all the information the accounts include are on the page.

As for extra bandwidth. If you prepay, its only $.59/gb, however, if you do not prepay, and just go over, its $4.00/gb. In addition to ordering extra bandwidth, for every 5gb that you order, you get another 125mb of space. So for $2.95 you can have another 5/gb Transfer and 125mb more space.

If you just want additional space, that can be arranged for an additional fee, I'm not really sure what to put it at, but if you request it, then you can get a quote.

Well, I'm gonna get working on the page to make it a little more helpful.
