Okay, had enough of them - completely out of action yet again today, no explanation, no compensation, nothing.
Anybody tried to get a refund? - like a mug I paid a year up front and I've still got 5 months to go, just wanted to see if anyone has any tips in trying to get money back off them

I have a dedicated servers with them for my clients and when I phoned support about a refund they said you have call accounts on Monday. I will call them on Monday to see if I can get one month free.

how much was the down time. ?
why the down time was there ?
have you mind asking them these questions first before asking for refund. do they have andy SLA where they mention they will refund you for downtime.

Down for about 3-4 hours... sorry I don't know exactly how long.

my first call was about the server was down and the second call was about a refund. Yes they have it in their SLA.
