Now we have a company that IS replaceing our banners with the ones they choose.

This is just ridiculous. Like I said, this isn't going to be the end of this and like a bad chinese restaurant, it will close and another with a different name will open up the next day. (At least that's what seem to happen around here).

Although I understand that everyone needs or wants to make a buck on their product, I do not think this is the right way to do it and I cannot see how anyone can think this is the right way to do it and justify these methods.

Picture this:

Your navigational links and random snippets of text link to your competitors, and sites you own that have banners get banners overlaid on top of them. Really this is just pitiful and shameless.

It is unfair to the advertisers on the site and to the site operators. Like someone said, it is like paying for time magazine and due to you downloading and using a program, they intercept the magazine and rip out the ads and place theirs in the magazine.

Sure, there's no problem with that... :rolleyes:
