I'm looking for a Free E-mail script that has the following features:
-Custom themes (I can write a custom theme for it)
-Sigs...I put Mydomain.com and description @ the bottom of every email
-Send notices to all members, similar to what Hotmail does.

I want this script to be able to integrate w/ ikonboard or Vb Lite pretty easily.
Or any other Free forums that are pretty good. IB is the best Free forum I know of, but Perl is a little slow. I may go with vB lite since PHP is faster.

I've seen squirrelmail (squirrelmail.org), but I don't think I can integrate the script and the forums.....
Anyone think you can help me?

I don't know of any current software setups that intergrate with any known free forum solutions. So your going to either have to hack it in yourself, or hire a programmer..

Just a side note, vB lite, isn't made for running forums on, its only intended to test your server, and make sure it runs PHP and MySql fine. There are several security checks, that should be there if you are running a public forum, but are only included in the final version...

You could use Postaci (http://www.trlinux.com). For a mail frontend, and use XMB Forums (http://www.xmbforum.com) for the PHP/Mysql forum backend...

Does Trilinux allow custom themes?
I'm really not a fan of XMB, but I guess I could try it.
So, all i would have to do is integrate the MySQL DB's right?
