I have my domain email
a yahoo email *
forums
and soon a toll free phone number

I heard some people say "its not professional to have a yahoo email", but if you think about it what happends if your server shuts down? You wont have any way to contact them all. So if you have a yahoo email or what ever you can be on the safe side.
Trade the Yahoo email for either an ISP email or some other free one. People don't like the Yahoo address because it looks bad.
Is your forum on a different server in case your main site is down? :)

Thats why you have support on more than one server... For example we have the .com and .co.uk versions of our sites in different servers in different countries so at least one should always be up so we can provide email support.

We have support forums, toll free #, local #, fax #, email addresses, a contact form and an emergency website located on a different server in a different datacenter operated by a different web hosting.
So far, so good!

Check it out
Toll FREE phone and FAX!
I have new forums that I just put up.
P working on Help Desk.
Multiple email addresses
Toll-FREE is the way to be!
There never a time that someone can say they can't get in contact with WebNET!
Why someone would have a Yahoo email address as a contact is beyond me, when they have their own domain name.
I would never host with anyone using Yahoo or HOTMAIL.
Of course I have Yahoo emails outside of contacts that I use for a dumping gtround for BB's and services that I may sign up for that I don't want having any email address at my domain.
If anyone need to contact me or my P, they can do so here:

A Yahoo or other portal e-mail address doesn't look professional - particularly if you are trying to get non budget hosting clients ($8+/month).
You can always have your own sales@yourhostname.com forward to a Yahoo account, however, its' generally much better to have inbound emails go directly to your domain. Same would follow for billing@ and support@.

Support through a Yahoo account looks really bad, man. If I was signing up for a host and saw a free e-mail account as the contact, it would look like a scam to me.
If you're worried about your server going down and losing the ability to be contacted, consider hosting your mail on another server. If you can't accord another server/account, you might consider Fastmail.fm. Excellent service with all the features you could ever want. Just create an MX record for your zone to direct all mail to Fastmail.fm, and voila. The ability to host @yourdomain.com costs $40/year, but you get 150MB storage and their service is excellent. Anyway, if you're investing in a toll-free number, this option should be a drop in the bucket at $3.33/month.
You may also want to consider that, as a free e-mail provider, they may be on several SPAM block lists.

Well.. it's hard to say that having a yahoo! account is bad...
What if you provide Yahoo! Instant Messenger support? Most likely you would have a yahoo! email to associate the username/ID with..
