From a customer standpoint, I've had no troubles with the service and have been very pleased with the service. My websites are just starting out so I don't see a huge amount of traffice to be able to see how the server actually handles it, but I've never noticed anything major. All the support tickets I've submitted have been answered within 24 hours (most within just a couple of hours!).
