Does anyone know of a free virus checker ( I have one on my computer that came with it but its a older older one) DigiCrime 09-12-2003, 01:03 AM might try this http://www.free-av.com/ ozzie123 09-12-2003, 01:07 AM You should try to download a virus definition for your antivirus. It doesn't matter if it comes from 1998 as long as the virus definition is up-to-date. Are you sure you didn't miss click it? Jon FB 09-12-2003, 01:12 AM I was reading the forums :P then it just poped out of no where  where do I get anti virus defentions at? PlacidHost 09-12-2003, 01:47 AM Nobody ever spoke of how to kill goblins... I guess you're out of luck.... :/ Jon FB 09-12-2003, 03:36 AM Originally posted by webworkz Goblins. This is the only logical answer. First I would like to say.. Sorry for using "WTF" I was just worried about my computer :bawling: . Second you know thoughs goblins are really annoying you try and try to kill them, but they dont seem to die. Most think I am crazy... I dont know why.. jasonl813 09-12-2003, 04:14 AM Is the game CD still in your drive? Maybe the auto-play got triggered somehow. Zopester 09-12-2003, 04:36 AM Goblins. This is the only logical answer. Rot. Utter rot! Anyone with a degree in Grimmtechnology knows that goblins aren't technically savvy enough to operate a computer, let alone run some kind of autorun.ini file remotely! It's obviously the Computer Monkeys. Similar in apperance to the Beer Monkeys*, these otherwise harmless creatures do strange and mystical things to your computer while you're not around. Windows magically open of their own volition, browsers magically redirect to less-than-salubrious web pages, and they somehow reverse all those patch upgrades you so diligently spent all that time on. It's all the fault of those pesky Computer Monkeys. * The Beer Monkeys are creatures who come into your room after you get back in from a night on the pop, and ransack your bedroom, throwing your neatly folded clothes into a crumpled mess, vomiting copiously just a foot away from the toilet, and drinking all your water. The Beer Monkeys are regular visitors at the Zopester house. I don't know how to rid myself of them, short of staying sober. I have - so far - been unaware of a visit from the Computer Monkeys...
