Everytime i tried to create a subdomain it gives me the following:

SubDomain Adder
Reload initiated. forum.xxx.com could not be modified because it does not resolve to a valid ip address. Ignore any messages of success this can only result in failure! My tech is offline right now and I'm wonder how can I fix this? I have added subdomains in WHM but it still don't work. any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have enabled sub-domain for this domain in WHM.

In WHM, click on "Disable or Enable Subdomains Per Account" under Account Functions, chose the domain and click on edit. If it tells you "Subdomains are not enabled on this domain" then click on enable and it should do the trick!
