A friend that want to start a whebhosting business asked me help. So I need your priceless opinion in order to choose the best hosting plan :

1- 500MB Webspace / 25GB traffic / $30 per month

2- 500MB Webspace / 30GB traffic / $35 per month

By putting aside the question of the price and if you should choose a solution among both proposed, what is the offer which you would choose?

Please, people running hosting business don't reply to this poll.

So we should put aside the issue of price? If so you're asking what would be better 25 gigs/mo or 30 gigs/mo? I'm not sure of the exact point, but regardless, get what you need and upgrade as needed. If these are with different hosts, there are much more important issues to consider.

In fact, I did not want answers of the type : "None of these offers interest me because they are too expensive !" :o :o :o

I just want to know what of these offers seems to you the most interesting. And of course, the price counts :)

No offense, but I gotta go along with Chicken on this one.

I'm a little confused too, but I think the point Gfelix is trying to get across is that he is trying to decide which option to *offer* as a package from his friend's web hosting company.

Well, you can always offer *both* and see which one makes you more profit.

But, if I had to choose *one* to offer, I would choose the first because the lower price will probably attract more signups. 25 GB is still quite a bit of bandwidth.

Just my opinion!
