Thats why I am looking for a new server.

I don't know there Linux service is great BUT Windows is :(

We have decided to lease another server.

We are also adding couple of more features such as registration of DLL through ASP, etc.

We have also decided that we will make a self installer and will not do custom installation.

The complete demo on new server should be available as soon as we find a server.

hmm excited about seeing a demo
and nothing works I get all 404 pages etc...

so not to sound to harsh but will neve rget your product ever or recomend it becuase to me this screams scam
text liks that are all broken others having problems
and you come on and say quick 2 hours or it shoots up to $400
there is no demo !!!!
why dont ya test it all out first ????
make sure it works or at least make up a screen shot presentation in case the site is down
hmmm to me people who cna not make thes kind of things and think ahead can not make a program

you made a big marketing mistake
test retest then test agian then have a few things up your sleeve in case things do not go the way they are planned

I think every one makes mistakes but the thing is that you have to correct it and I am going that.

I thing biggest mistake was to take Windows server from burst.net

But still there Linux is good :)

Rajiv,

Your physical hard drive had failure, and we completely re-installed your server for you. You DID NOT order backup services, therefore we could not restore anything for you. We did everything we could considering your situation, and you should not expect more...for there was nothing else we could have done to assist you further. We had your system fully replaced and operational again in less than 24 hours, which for an NT4 system requiring about a hundred patches and security mods...was a pretty good effort on our part.

Next time...ORDER BACKUP.

We installed all the software properly...it is the same configuration basically as our shared/virtual machines. Also, you are running Windows 2000 NOT Windows NT4.

When I go to the site I get:

Apache/1.3.19 Server at www.classichostingtool.com Port 80

On all the pages within the demo.
Thats a Linux server not Windows.

Also from the looks of the navigation you have to set up the FTP seperately from the Mail etc.

The best bet for Windows CP is Hosting Controller.
I know it has had some bad press in the past but the current version is much better and will even work with Webalizer (free) to save the cost of Livestats.

It seems you have designed some html pages (also with some Java script) instead of a software.

I will design better html "hosting controller" simulators !!!.

Your end user demo "html" has some error. Destination of links in left panel is a new window not he right window.

I think you must think about either writing a real program or a real demo (whichever applicable).
