Looks slow...

latency looks good for the most part, but actual transfer looks
somewhat slow. Wonder why actually, the line is mci worldcom and there is plenty of bandwidth available. I guess it depends on how well your isp peers with mci.

From my skynetweb server I get:

64 bytes from 62.70.14.34: icmp_seq=0 ttl=47 time=139.447 msec
64 bytes from 62.70.14.34: icmp_seq=1 ttl=47 time=134.021 msec

64 bytes from 62.70.14.34: icmp_seq=3 ttl=47 time=133.962 msec

and about 250-300K/sec

speed 230 K/s on average from a 200 Mbit level3 line in london. Seams a little slow and the latency is not bad to oslo although i have seen much better :)

For ping and traceroute you should really check out www.traceroute.org

There's everything you need. Ping and traceroute from the largest ISP's all around the world and also some route servers to choose from. I use this one all the time to check pings and routes to servers :)
