Hello,

I am having a problem with one of my customer's accounts on my cpanel box. When he tries to view his webalizer stats in cpanel, it says "can not find acceptable file". When he goes to latest visitors, it does not work. When he goes to analog, he just gets an empty report.

I believe the problem is that when he signed up, he told me the wrong domain. (It was do-main.com). Then, he informed me of the error, and I changed it to the correct domain (dom-ain.com). I believe that the cpanel did something weird with this account when I switched the domain name, but I cannot figure out how to put it back!

Please, if anyone has any suggestions for me, it would be Great!

Thanks!

I was trying to locate the webalizer.conf file but couldn't find it. Anyone here who had successfully reconfigured their webalizer with CPanel?

I don't think there is a config file for webalizer.
Its in the deep coding of cpanel.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? It has been more than 24 hours and all attempts have failed. =(

I noticed in the darkorb version of cpanel they have a "fixwebalizer" script, but unfortunately I am not running the darkorb version (DOH!). Does anyone have any ideas what this script does?

I'd like to thank anyone who answers this in advance - I'm really up a creek here!

Thanks!

Allright, here is some more inforation. When I go into /usr/local/apache/domlogs/ I get a do-main.com file and a do-main.com-bytes_log. However, I do not have a dom-ain.com file and do have a dom-ain.com-bytes_log.

SO... this is telling me that apache is not creating the appropriate file for the new domain???? (I think). I hope this helps you guys help me!

UPDATE---- I believe I have fixed this problem. It is like I said above, when I changed the domain, httpd.conf changed the bytes_log file, but not the other one. This is probably a bug with WebPanel, so I will leave this up here for anyone who might have this problem in the future. =)
