 | View Full Version : Wait for DarkOrb CPANEL or spend $1000 bucks? universal2001 08-16-2001, 12:13 PM I am about to buy a billing script for $1,000 USD. However I am holding on because I heard the next version of CPANEL or DarkOrb or whatever it's called has AUTOMATED SIGNUP, BILLING and more. I heard the release date was MID/LATE AUGUST. So what's the deal, is it coming out in a few days/weeks or spend $1,000 on a 3rd party billing solution. THANKS! davidb 08-16-2001, 12:29 PM Honestly, is it worth it. Jumpline is lauching something soon similar to Alabanza's offerings. whbilling is a stand alone product that can be installed on a server, one time. That could mean anything got any details cause i will tell you VDI looked very promising when i signed up for cpanel then after two months of getting blown off I moved to another cpanel company and they have fixed all the problems in two days. My opinion is that a great product with no support is way worse than a decent product with great support.
