It's a Cobalt PKG as far as I know - so just use the "Installed Software" menu on your RaQ to install it.
Be aware of the following:
1. Note that some Webalizer PKGs crash your PHP.
2. Note that some Webalizer PKGs are not Frontpage compatible (the frontpage clients will complain, if the owner of the dir is root for example).

I have tried this particular package on a RaQ3 and several RaQ4r's and it hasn't caused any problems with PHP4 or FrontPage (that package installs Webalizer in /home/sites/siteXX/users/stats/web, thereby avoiding the main web space altogether--great for FrontPage compatability).
I had successfully installed webalizer on my raq4i. When am i able to see the stats? Will the webalizer make a /~stats for everydomain on my raq4i automatically?

Yes. However, if you have a site for which you have never created any users, the users folder won't exist and Webalizer 2.01 won't be able to create the /users/stats/web directory. That's a rare situation though.
I have several virtual sites on the raq before i install webalizer2.01. Why isn't none is working when i go website.com/~stats ?
What actually must i do to get the stats work?

No reboot is needed. (rebooting after the installation of software is more of a Windows thing.)
