If you've got at least a week left on your registration, you can transfer them to another registrar. Try these:
http://www.dotster.com
http://www.000domains.com
http://registrar.godaddy.com
Search the board and you'll find more.

Thanks ... I have 3 days left so what are the options? pay the full wack? Does this effect where they are hosted, name servers?

When you transfer the domain to a different registrar, dns information stays intact.
You might, also want to try www.stargateinc.com ;)

Hi Photoads. I'd recommend Dotster (http://www.dotster.com/) . I've used them in the past to transfer domains and it cost me only $12 to transfer from Network Solutions - plus, that included the first year (though you can buy more than one year). They have a very easy-to-use control panel so that you can administer for all of your domains at once, too.
Good luck!

As I only had a few days left till renewal due, I renewed for one year. Now I know I will do with the next batch.

Hi again, Photoads. Did you go with Dotster or another company? And how did you find the process for renewal? Was it easy to figure out?
Just curious. :)

Yes they all needed me to have more that 1 week (me being me leaving things till the last minute) which I did not have, the only solution was to renew with Network solutions.
Thanks for all the help.

Oops! Ok. I didn't realize about the 1 week thing. I had thought I'd waited until the deadline was closer, myself... but I could be remembering wrong, or they may have changed their policies. Still, Network Solutions is *hugely* expensive compared to most of the other domain registration companies out there. I'd really recommend that you transfer it somewhere else when you get the chance. These days, $35 for a domain renewal is pretty rediculous.
Best of luck!
