My IT person and I were discussing the idea since we get our servers custom built that we should maybe start selling them, and help others out.

Overall we get 1U- 4U rack servers in the Sub 1k range on up too several thousands with name brand parts.

We are in development for possible clients to come, pay 1/3 to 1/2 down and pay the remaining balance out over a year, in which time the server is no longer owned by us, and you would own the title...

In regards to Hosting. You can have it sent too either of the 2 datacenters we use or send it where ever you like.

Since your paying for shipping anyway, we will have it shipped where ever you like. We will limit it too the continentile US, unless special arrangments are made. Canada and Mexico are fine to be shipped too as well, extra costs may apply.

Keep in mind that this is just for a server, though we are looking at packaging as many options as possible, such as control panels, and other things.

Overall we think we can save people some money, and help many out, by giving top of the line servers, and possible some of the cheapest prices out there.

In regards to servers, you tell us what you need and we can get about anything, just let us know.

You may want to also allow a client to pay 100% of the price (and save on the yearly interest) because there are companies that can afford buying a server without financing but are looking for good prices/quality hardware.

How low can monthly fee be?

This is not the majority of our business, but we may post a link on our site somewhere. We are still working out some things.

In regards to the monthly fee its depends on what you put down.

Example:

1200 server

1/3 min down = 400

800 remaining, over 12 months = $66.70

The minimum is in your hands. We ask for a down payment to protect us, and in 12 months the server is yours.

This is just a example.
Our main business is hosting, but my IT person thinks of ideas too much, so this is his latest.

We are currently in talks with Plesk to package the control panel in with these servers if needed.

This is a new option, and will continue to update on new things.

I would be interested in leasing or buying servers and colo, as long as rackspace and bandwidth were very reasonable. And knew abit more about connectivity and the the available datacenters...

Through no obligation at all you can use one of the two datacenters we use.

In the rack in PA you are looking at a fully redundant connection to Yipes. Solid network and use mostly Ensim

In Dallas:

3 DS3's through UUNET
DS3 through Quest
DS3 to Cable and Wireless
DS3 through exodus
100mbps to Level 3

We can get about anything you want...
