For $178.54 you can get a mother board that supports DDR ram pc 1600/2100

Thats about 120$ USD

i dont know ANYTHING about motherboards.
its all rubbish to me

For the price it cost, why not get 512MB of ram and a 1ghz cpu?

some thoughts
sounds like a great box though no matter what
I would only run Mushkin or Micron memory
if it is home use I would pick up CAS2 non ECC Micron ya can not beat it at its price right now
for server get ECC
if ya go with DDR like Palm said Crucial is still great memory

I only like IBM ide HD have had a lot of different drives ibm seem to be the quietest fastest and most reliable
killer drives
