Hello guys! My friend has a problem and i wanted to ask if you ever see such thing.
Some days ago he logged into his cpanel, but all the files he saw did not belong to him. It was someone elses files. He emailed support and they said that they fixed it.
Indeed when he logged in with his username again he saw his files, but this time it seemed that his cpanel is idle, meaning that even though he was deleting some files, they were still showing on the internet. He even deleted all the files, but he could still access his domain on the internet. I thought that maybe it has something to do with the DNS servers, but we checked it and they are correct.
Does anyone ever come up with something like that?

Cpanel 5.0? U might want to do a upgrade to the latest version which is 7.xx

I had that problem before. I later found that it was because of the proxy which my ISP has installed. Everything seems cached there and only get resetted after a few days. It sure isn't great to work with.

Restart your web browser and use another ISP to dial in.
