Sorry to hear about this. Doesn't sound to good. On the legal action front, if you can prove that you have lost money over this then you have a good case in court. For a solid case to stand up, you need to be able to prove, or have proof, that you have lost business, i.e. lost money.

Do you have a signed (or agreed) contract with them that would bolster and action?

Surely a good Terms of Service would cover the host from any action though.

After seeing other threads in regards to them and their previous business, I am in no way suprised in the way they solicit their business.

I agree.

Ive heard some horror storys regarding spanktastic!
There pricing is very competitive - but there service+support doesnt seem so great.

-edit - 28 days SLA ??? ahahahaha - incredible.

I think you and spanktastic need to discuss this properly and come to a solutions instead of throwing accusations all over the place.

In terms of re-registering after being banned from WHT, well thats just asking for trouble
