Hey everyone,

I was hosted by directoris.com, but, unfortunatly they've screwed me over because they couldn't afford to pay donhosts their money. And now, here I am again, looking for a new host...

I found this company, http://www.hostiva.com/ and they looked rather reasonable.

Has anyone had any experiance with them? What does everyone think about their packages?

Thanks for your time!

I also found this host's linux 100 package to be reasonable too:

What do you think?

Thanks!

If you use the search feature at the top of the page you will get a lot of info. You can also use a site like Netcraft (http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph/?host=www.hostiva.com) to look for uptime and more.

I've used them with no huge problems.
But then, the site they host for me, I haven't figured out what to do with:eek:

Well I use hostiva hosting and they have good support. I have email a few time to ask some question and I get every reply from them. Now is hard to find a hosting company with good support so i recommemed you Hostiva for your hosting.

By the way I sign up for their 300 plans. :)

cheers

I agree with HighSky, I am a reseller for Hostiva and they have very good support and very experienced. When I was setting up my own nameservers and had problems and requested for help they immediately corrected it for me. Yes, I am really glad that I signed up for their reseller account. They also provide dedicated ip for all their hosting accounts except the SH20(shared ip) which is only available for resellers.

I'm just wondering, how long Hostiva can stay in business offering 10GB of b/w (package 200) for 5 bucks a month?

Not sure but I just signed up with them as a possible reseller. Hope they last, hate to finally get started only to be shut down again (ie instabill)

*psst, if anyone has any other reseller packages, pm me
