I was looking for a dvd player on download.com, and I saw this

Its a link to a dvd decryption program. Isent this illegal? Why would download.com have a program like this listed?

That rather depends who you ask... Certainly the MPAA would like you to believe that it is illegal, but I'm not sure of any decisive legal verdict on the matter.

well.. it really depends on what you de-crypt... the program itself is not illegal.. but if you goto de-crypt copy right material.. that is illegal...
